ROSATO IGT VERONA
The Rosato Villa San Carlo was born with the 2020 harvest and is mainly obtained from native Corvina and Corvinone grapes harvested in the early cool hours of the day. Immediate de-stemming and rest in the press for about 3 hours. Cold decanting for 24 hours is followed by slow fermentation for about two weeks at 16 ° without adding sulfur. Aging in steel tanks before bottling.
